Photography Disclosure
Any person who attends a NASPA Annual Meeting event grants permission to NASPA, its employees and agents (collectively “NASPA”) to record his/her/their visual/audio images, including but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his/her/their name and such images for any purpose of NASPA, including advertisements for NASPA and its programs.
Antitrust Policy
Various state and federal laws prohibit the exchange of information amongst competitors regarding matters pertaining to price, refusals to deal, market division, tying relationships and other topics which might infringe upon antitrust regulations, and therefore no such exchange or discussion will be tolerated during this meeting. These guidelines apply not only to the formal meeting sessions, but to informal discussions during breaks, meals or social gatherings.
